Premier Business Partnership is an upgraded level of membership with additional benefits, including a printed ad in our Conference Guide. To get your booth discount, make sure you have completed the Business Associate Membership Form and paid 2025 dues before completing your exhibitor registration.
Exhibitors are welcome to register without a Business Associate Membership as well. Members and non-members can claim their spot with the Exhibitor Registration.

Promising Practices and Exceptional Service Awards
Each year we strive to recognize excellence in the field of long term care. We know there are worthy individuals and exciting programs going on in organizations all over the state, and we want to highlight those! This is an opportunity to share your great work with others. This inspiration can create Ripples that Impact the face of long term care in our state. We know how valuable your time is, so we have worked to make the nomination process as simple as possible. Just give us the most basic information, and we will follow up to learn more. Please complete a submission for Promising Practices and Exceptional Service in your organization!
Speakers
The Ripples of Impact theme speaks to the tremendous impact that emanates from the learnings and new solutions gained at each Annual Conference. It also touches on the change that providers have on quality of life of the people in the communities they serve.
We are looking for presentations that not only transfer information but also inspire our members to investigate and adopt new approaches to management and service delivery that will have Ripples of Impact.
We will need regulatory updates across the spectrum of our providers that address the latest requirements while presenting innovative solutions for efficient and sustained compliance. Presentations that address the application of technology for efficient operations and enhanced client experiences will be welcome.

Registered conference attendees are eligible to book a room at the Delta Hotels by Mariott Midwest City. Rooms booked with no conference registration will be released. In conjunction with the LeadingAge Oklahoma Annual Conference, a block of rooms has been reserved with a special rate of $134 per night. The Delta by Marriott hotel is connected to the Reed Conference Center. To make your reservations, use this reservation link or call 405-455-1800, and ask for the LeadingAge Oklahoma lodging rate. Reservations must be made by February 27, 2024 to guarantee the special rate. Make your reservations early as the hotel sells out every year!
