This year’s conference will be held March 3-4, 2026, at the Reed Conference Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Who is the audience at the 2026 LeadingAge Oklahoma Annual Conference?
The Conference attracts 250 to 350 attendees from the long term care profession. The audience includes organizational leaders and staff from the fields of nursing/clinical care, finance, human resources, social services/pastoral care, activities/therapeutic recreation, environmental services & facility maintenance, marketing, fundraising, home and community-based services (HCBS), independent living, assisted living, and long term care/skilled nursing.

We’re accepting proposals for practical, engaging sessions that help shape the future of aging services.
Topics may be those related to:
AI, Workforce, Leadership, HR, Brand Strategy and Reputation Management, Philanthropy, Finance & Growth, Activities, Social Services, Nursing, Compliance strategies, Home Care; Independent Living, Senior Housing, Food Service, and Service Coordination.
Presentations most likely to be selected will:
Include a LeadingAge OK Community Member/staff in the session
Offer information that is timely, relevant, practical, and actionable
Incorporate engaging, interactive educational methods
Provide concrete take-aways and resources and/or demonstrate measurable outcomes

In-person participation required (travel expenses may be supported by exception)
Free registration on presentation day
Materials due by Feb 7, 2026 (uploaded via app)
Current business members must login to their member profile first to renew membership and then reserve an exhibit space.
To become a new business member and receive a discount on your booth, apply for membership and pay 2024 dues on our member portal before reserving an exhibit space.
Members must be logged in to their profile in order to receive the exhibit space member rate.

Registered conference attendees are eligible to book a room at the Delta Hotels by Mariott Midwest City. Rooms booked with no conference registration will be released. In conjunction with the LeadingAge Oklahoma Annual Conference, a block of rooms has been reserved with a special rate of $134 per night. The Delta by Marriott hotel is connected to the Reed Conference Center. To make your reservations, use this reservation link or call 405-455-1800, and ask for the LeadingAge Oklahoma lodging rate. Reservations must be made by February 27, 2024 to guarantee the special rate. Make your reservations early as the hotel sells out every year!
