Care Careers

Addressing the Critical Workforce Shortage in Long-Term Care Facilities Throughout Oklahoma

  • Marketing entry level long-term care positions as the start of a career pathway.
  • Identifying new recruits to open long-term care positions.
  • Offering an “Earn while you Learn” value proposition to new employees.
  • Facilities reimbursed for CNA and CMA training and test costs.
Care Careers helps facilities find qualified workers by ensuring participants are properly trained and certified. Care Careers will cover the costs of education and training, ensuring that participants can be enrolled in one of the accredited certification programs. All associated costs of educating and training for CMA and CNA certifications will be covered by Care Careers. In addition, Care Careers will also help identify job openings at facilities located near the applicants home.
