Asbury Communities has retained LeaderStat Premier to assist them in identifying an experienced Director of Nursing to lead Asbury Inverness Village’s Skilled Nursing Community.

Major Duties include: Plans, organizes, and directs the overall clinical operations of the skilled nursing department, determines staffing levels and procedures, and monitors to ensure quality care and services, and oversees all nursing documentation including review of resident care plans to ensure compliance in all areas.

Qualifications:  Five (5) years progressive nursing experience including management level in health care setting preferably long term care; BSN required (MSN preferred); Gerontology Certification preferred; Experience with the Household Model a plus. The next CEO will ensure that Saint Simeon’s capitalizes on the strong reputation the community enjoys and continue to focus on the delivery of the highest quality of resident-centered care. In addition, the CEO will lead efforts to develop new programs and services to meet the current and future needs of residents.  The ideal candidate for the CEO role at Saint Simeon’s will be an experienced senior living leader. An undergraduate degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or a related field is required.
