LeadingAge Oklahoma Annual Conference
March 10-11, 2020

The 2020 Annual Conference is built around LeadingAge Oklahoma’s strategic initiative of developing innovative programs to advance the operational knowledge of long term care professionals to enhance the care and services of Oklahoma’s growing aging population. The primary areas of programming will include workforce development (specifically to cultivate leadership, attract new talent to the field of aging, and retain a quality workforce), increasing and expanding the use of technology in all settings, and stimulating innovation in the aging field to advance new models of service delivery.

Conference Audience

The annual conference attracts nearly 700 provider attendees in the long term care profession, from CEOs to front line staff. This audience is experienced and knowledgeable. Participants expect the most current and highest quality of information.

Level of Knowledge

A majority of the participants have been in the long term care profession for a number of years. They have considerable knowledge and experience as professionals in senior care, and with few exceptions, are looking for a more advanced level of education. Please keep this in mind when designing your program.

The LeadingAge Oklahoma Annual Conference is attended by CEO’s, Senior Housing Managers, Assisted Living Directors, Social Services Directors, Administrators, Service Coordinators, Wellness Directors, Dietary Managers, Activity Directors, Directors of Nursing, Adult Day Health Providers, PACE Providers, and Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisors, as well as other positions in the long term care field.
