LeadingAge Oklahoma 2021 Virtual Annual Conference
March 9, 10, 11, 16, & 18, 2021

The LeadingAge Oklahoma 2021 Annual Conference will be an extraordinary Virtual Experience built around LeadingAge Oklahoma’s strategic initiative of developing innovative programs to advance the operational knowledge of long term care professionals. The primary areas of programming will include workforce development (specifically to cultivate leadership, attract new talent to the field of aging, and retain a quality workforce), increasing and expanding the use of technology in all settings, and stimulating innovation in the aging field to advance care models and service delivery.  Of importance is guidance relating to regulatory issues and operational compliance.

Conference Audience

The annual conference attracts over 600 provider attendees in the long term care profession, from CEOs to front line staff. This audience is experienced and knowledgeable. Participants expect the most current and highest quality information.

Level of Knowledge

A majority of the participants have been in the long term care profession for a number of years. They have considerable knowledge and experience as professionals in senior care, and with few exceptions, are looking for a more advanced level of education. Please keep this in mind when designing your program.

The LeadingAge Oklahoma Annual Conference is attended by CEO’s, Senior Housing Managers, Assisted Living Directors, Social Services Directors, Administrators, Service Coordinators, Wellness Directors, Dietary Managers, Activity Directors, Directors of Nursing, Adult Day Health Providers, PACE Providers, and Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisors, as well as other positions in the long term care field.
