Call for Presentations
The 2023 Annual Conference is built around the theme: The Greater Good. Our members serve for the Greater Good every day and this conference will recognize that. The program seeks to offer inspiration, training, and ideas to enhance and advance the care and services provided by our members. We are looking for presentations that not only transfer information but also inspire our members to investigate and adopt new approaches to management and service delivery. The primary areas of programming will include leadership and the creation of a workplace culture that will attract and retain talent to the field of aging services; regulatory updates across the spectrum of our providers that address the latest requirements while also presenting innovative solutions for efficient and sustained compliance; and lastly, the application of technology for efficient operations and enhanced client experiences.

Conference Audience
The Conference attracts nearly 600 attendees from the long term care profession, from CEOs to front line staff. This audience is experienced and knowledgeable. Participants expect current information that provides actionable approaches for improved service outcomes.

Level of Knowledge
A majority of the participants have been in the long term care profession for a number of years. They have considerable knowledge and experience as professionals in senior care, and are looking for a more advanced level of education. Please keep this in mind when designing your program.
