LeadingAge Oklahoma Mission
LeadingAge Oklahoma is the state association of not-for-profit organizations dedicated to establishing the highest standards of excellence for services to the aging in Oklahoma. Our purpose is to be supportive of each member organization’s quest for excellence.
LeadingAge Oklahoma’s membership consists exclusively of not-for-profit providers and remains the only state association that represents the interests of providers throughout the continuum of care: nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, residential care facilities, adult day service providers, independent living and continuum of care retirement communities. The membership is comprised of over 100 providers of aging services, all mission-driven organizations providing services and housing for the elderly in Oklahoma.
LeadingAge Oklahoma provides education, advocacy, and a network for organizations committed to serving the needs of the elderly in Oklahoma.
LeadingAge Oklahoma is the state affiliate of the LeadingAge whose membership totals nearly 6,000 not-for-profit providers of aging services across the nation.
Experience the Not-for-Profit Difference
Not-for-profit providers are different. We’re not driven by next quarter’s profits, variations in the markets, short-term objectives, or shareholders. We have a different perspective. We’re driven by mission. That means we take a long view. Toward our consumers. Our communities. Our capacity to serve. And our reputation as caregivers.
Our Mission is to advance policies and ideas to empower aging services providers.
Our Vision is Expanding the World of Possibilities for Aging.
Our Promise is to Inspire. Serve. Advocate.
